Partner

Could the Partner opportunity fit around your life?

This isn’t a normal job. There are no set hours. You decide when you work, and what you earn depends on the customers and Partners who join and stay.

The current joining payment is £10, and it can be refunded in the first 90 days on the current terms. From month four the published licence fee is £3 a month. Self-employed commission. Results vary.

Start with the honest version.

Dan Holmes explains the opportunity in his own words. The film is about 15 minutes long. Watch that first, then read what getting started with me actually looks like.

What does getting started actually involve?

You don’t need sales experience. What matters is being willing to learn, speak to people and give it a proper go. I’ll show you what to do and support you through the early conversations.

There are no set hours. Around five to eight hours a week can be a sensible starting point, fitted around your work and family, but you decide when you do it.

You won’t be handed a list of leads. I’ll help you work out who to speak to, what to say and how to approach people without making it feel awkward or pushy.

Getting started

I won’t sign you up and leave you to figure it out.

If you join through me, you’re not left with a login and a pile of videos to work through on your own. I’ll help you get everything set up, show you how the process works and stay with you through the early conversations. An experienced Partner from further up my team helps too, so you have proper support from the start.

  1. A small WhatsApp group

We set up a small WhatsApp group with you, me and an experienced Partner from further up my team. You can ask questions as they come up, share what you’re unsure about and get help from two people who have already been through the process.

  2. We sort the setup

We go through the app, your identity checks and the learning portal with you instead of pointing you at them and disappearing. You’ll have a simple checklist, know what has been completed and understand what the next step is.

  3. You learn at your pace

There are training videos and a weekly Zoom you can use to build your confidence and learn how everything works. You can fit them around work and family, and I’m not going to chase you around with a timetable. You set the pace.

  4. Fast Start and your first 30 days

UW runs Fast Start Zoom meetings to give new Partners a clear strategy and plan for their first 30 days. They aren’t meetings I run, but I’ll help you understand the plan and put it into practice. Under the current Fast Start offer, a new Partner who brings on six customers and one Partner who also becomes a customer within their first 30 days can qualify for a £500 bonus. I’ll confirm the live eligibility rules with you before you rely on it.

  5. The first ten calls

You don’t have to make the first calls alone. At first, you can listen while one of us leads. Then we do the call together, and when you’re ready, you lead while we stay on the line to help. The customer remains yours throughout.

  6. Then you take the lead

As your confidence grows, you start handling your own calls and appointments, with phone or video backup whenever you need it. You’re never expected to know everything overnight. Later, if you bring someone into your own team, you can support them through the same gradual process.

A second perspective before you decide.

It isn’t all training videos and Zoom calls

There are regular training days and bigger events such as Power Up and Amplify. They’re energetic, social and nothing like a grey meeting room.

Questions people ask before joining

Is it cold calling?

Not the way I teach it. You learn how to find people and how to approach them. It isn’t a list of cold calls.

Can I leave if it isn’t for me?

Yes. The current £10 joining payment can be refunded in the first 90 days. From month four the published licence fee is £3 a month.

What does the £10 cover?

As I understand the current package, it goes towards insurance and your own UW page. I’ll confirm the live list before you pay.

Are there shifts?

No. I don’t set hours. There are no set shifts. What you earn depends on qualifying customers and Partner activity. It isn’t a wage.

Will I be given customers?

No. You find the conversations. I teach the method, stay on the early calls, and show you the tools.

I’ve never sold anything.

You don’t need to have sold anything before. I’ll show you how the conversation goes, and I’ll be with you on the first calls.

I don’t know many people.

Then the early work is learning how to meet more of them, with help. A list doesn’t arrive.

Is the income guaranteed?

No. It depends on what you do, who you speak to, and whether those households and partners join and stay. Commission can continue while those customers stay. Registering on its own doesn’t mean you’ll earn.

Can I keep my job?

That’s how I do it. I run a marketing agency through the working day. UW fits around that. You don’t have to resign.
